Before I built a coaching practice, I spent thirty years inside the organizations I now advise. Senior operating roles at Burberry, Tory Burch, Gap Inc., and PwC. Revenue accountability. Global teams. Five countries.
I was good at results. For a long time, I believed that was enough.
What I learned — slowly, and not always comfortably — was that results are downstream of something else entirely. The trust in the room. The conversations happening and the ones that were not. The leader carrying too much. The team that had quietly stopped telling the truth upward.
Across six thousand sessions, six patterns kept appearing — regardless of industry, title, or geography.
For the first years of my practice, I worked exclusively with individual leaders. The framework was built in that context.
But the highest leverage point was rarely the individual leader in isolation. It was the room those leaders occupied together — where the real decisions happened and the real dynamics lived.
I now bring ATTUNE into that room directly. And it is the most important work I have done.
If this resonates — if the problem your team is navigating sounds like what is described here —
